Over the weekend, East Baton Rouge Parish deputy Shawn Anderson was shot and killed in the line of duty while investigating a possible rape case.
In the wake of the death of the local officer, LSU’s Tiger Stadium lights have been turned blue in honor of Anderson:

According to The Advocate, funeral services for Anderson will be held on Thursday, so it’s a safe bet LSU will continue to light the stadium blue until then.
