Pokemon Go, the new augmented reality game released by Niantic, has been everywhere.

Chances are, if you have a pulse, you’ve seen articles about the game, seen people playing the game or have played the game yourself.

On Saturday morning, Mike VI, LSU’s live tiger mascot, dealt with a wild Kakuna that had somehow found its way into his habitat:

Mike, who is battling cancer, is currently recovering from treatment for a radiation burn. But, photos on his Facebook page (maintained by his handlers), show he has been in good spirits, going for a swim on Thursday and rolling around in the grass on Friday.

Though Mike’s habitat is not a Pokestop or a gym, his handlers did comment that there is a Pokestop at the Mike statue nearby.

So, if you’re a Pokemon master on the prowl for new creatures to catch in Baton Rouge, stop by and wish Mike well as he continues to fight cancer.
