Six years after his senior season, Mike Pouncey (2007-10) has earned his degree from UF.
The two-time All-American (2009-10) was back in Gainesville on Saturday to graduate for earning his bachelor’s degree in sociology. Florida’s official Twitter account shared a photo of Pouncey walking across the stage:
Pouncey couldn’t stay long in his old stomping grounds, as he had a Dolphins scrimmage in Miami to make.

Six other Florida football players were recognized in this weekend’s commencement ceremony. Former players Raph Andrades, Bair Diamond, Josh Grady, Jeremi Powell and Drew Sarvary graduated alongside current LB Alex Anzalone, a projected starter.
Andrew writes about sports to fund his love of live music and collection of concert posters. He strongly endorses the Hall of Fame campaigns of Fred Taylor and Andruw Jones.
