Tennessee fans are out to prove yet again that a duck most certainly can pull a truck.
In case you may have forgotten, it was Gator defensive back Quincy Wilson who guaranteed a Florida win over Tennessee heading into the Sept. 24 contest. Wilson was so sure of a Gator victory, he said the following: “Have you ever seen a duck pull a truck? Ducks don’t pull trucks. Nobody has ever seen a duck pull a truck. Florida Gators are going to win, simple as that.”
Whoops.
Of course, Tennessee went on to beat Florida by a score of 38-28 and the ‘duck pulling a truck’ comments are likely never to be forgotten by Tennessee fans. Case in point, check out this young fan’s Halloween costume:
