Updated point spreads for the first weekend of college football bowl games

If you weren’t aware, bowl season starts in a few hours with Buffalo and Charlotte meeting in the Bahamas Bowl.

In total, there are eight bowl games kicking off this weekend including some Saturday night showdowns of interest between Washington and Boise State in the Las Vegas Bowl and UAB and Appalachian State in the New Orleans Bowl.

With bowl season now officially upon us, we thought we’d share the latest point spreads for all the upcoming bowl games.

All times listed below are Eastern Time. 

BAHAMAS BOWL

  • Buffalo (-7) vs. Charlotte – Friday, 2 p.m. on ESPN

FRISCO BOWL

  • Utah State vs. Kent State – Friday, 7:30 p.m. on ESPN2

NEW MEXICO BOWL

  • Central Michigan vs. San Diego State (-3.5) – Saturday, 2 p.m. on ESPN

CURE BOWL

  • Liberty vs. Georgia Southern (-4.5) – Saturday, 2:3o p.m. on CBS Sports Network

BOCA RATON BOWL

  • SMU (-3) at FAU – Saturday, 3:30 p.m. on ABC

CAMELLIA BOWL

  • Florida International vs. Arkansas State (-2.5) – Saturday, 5:30 p.m. on ESPN

LAS VEGAS BOWL

  • Boise State vs. Washington (-3.5) – Saturday, 7:30 p.m. on ABC

NEW ORLEANS BOWL

  • Appalachian State (-16.5) vs. UAB – Saturday, 9 p.m. on ESPN
