Based on Power 5 roster numbers, is Georgia the best job in CFB?

It is no secret that the head coaching job at Georgia is a strong position, but could it be the best job in the country?
Kirby Smart has done incredible things during his second year in Athens. He has led the Bulldogs to a 12-1 record, an SEC Championship, and a trip to the College Football Playoff with a shot at a national championship.
While his work on the field has been stunning, Smart’s performance off the field has been equally impressive. Georgia is looking to produce a top 10 recruiting class for 2018 and already has an impressive list of recruits for the year.
A recent article by Todd Holcomb with the AJC also speaks to the talent rich nature of the state of Georgia. Holcomb, who cites research from Steve Slay, indicated that more than 4,000 players from the state of Georgia were on a college football roster for 2017. 585 of those players are on a Power 5 roster.
That number is not likely to drop moving forward. The crop of players coming out of Georgia in 2018 could one of the best in recent memory with 40 players listed as a four-star recruit or better by 247 Sports. The Bulldogs currently have three of the top six recruits in the state committed.
The talent located within Georgia is truly something special, and the amount of top prospects within the state means the head coaching position with the Bulldogs may be the best job in the country.
It certainly is a claim that could be debated by a few states across the nation, but Dan Wolken with USA TODAY definitely believes Georgia is the best job around:
If the numbers that AJC article references are correct, the average Power 5 roster has 9 kids from Georgia? That’s really incredible.

Even though I wasn’t sure on the Kirby hire, this year is definitely helping prove my long held belief that Georgia is the best job in college football

Do you agree with him?
