Rivers transferred to Vanderbilt from LSU just last season, and he was one of four quarterbacks the Commodores used in 2014. Rivers finished this past season throwing for 334 yards, and he completed less than 40 percent of his passes and finished with no touchdowns and three INTs.
Rivers will have one season of eligibility remaining.
