Gyms all across New York may be closed but that’s not going to stop Quinnen Williams from doing what he can to stay in shape this offseason.

This time last year, Williams was the No. 3 overall selection in the 2019 NFL Draft out of Alabama and now he’s working hard to prove he’s worth the hype to Jets fans after his debut season in the league.

Williams registered 28 tackles, 2.5 sacks and four tackles for loss during his rookie season after appearing in 13 games and making nine starts for the Jets.

While his sophomore season may not have gone as well as expected, New York fans at least know that Williams is eager to prove that was a fluke as the 22-year-old lineman still has his best football in front of him.

If he can move an SUV down the road, just imagine what he could to next season on the football field when matched up one-on-one on the field.
