While everyone hopes for the best for Williams’ health, the former Alabama standout’s absence might be a blessing in disguise for New York on Sunday. The 3-11 Jets are facing the 2-12 Jaguars at 1 p.m. ET, and Sunday’s result will help determine which team gets the No. 1 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft.
This season, Williams has recorded 50 tackles, including 7 for loss and 6 sacks, logging 12 QB hits.
