Former Kentucky do-it-all star Randall Cobb signed with a new NFL team during free agency.

The Houston Texans, who traded receiver DeAndre Hopkins, signed Cobb to a 3-year, $27 million deal, per multiple reports. For Cobb, it will be his third NFL team after playing for the Packers and Cowboys. Dallas was the favorite to keep Cobb after he played for Mike McCarthy in Green Bay; however, Cobb elected to move on to the Texans.

The 9-year NFL veteran Cobb has recorded an impressive 525 receptions for 6,352 yards and 44 touchdowns. His best season came in 2014 with the Packers where he caught 91 passes for 1,287 yards and 12 touchdowns.

Last season, Cobb recorded 55 catches for 828 yards and 3 touchdowns with the Dallas Cowboys.
