Rape accuser will not pursue charge against Tennessee receiver Von Pearson

Tennessee receiver Von Pearson’s apology letter to the University of Tennessee student who accused him of rape back in April seems to have been enough for the accuser to not pursue a student conduct case against him.
That news is according to Dustin Dopirak of the Knoxville News Sentinel.
The Vols suspended Pearson from April through August, but he was allowed to return to the team. Pearson led Tennessee this season in receptions (38) and receiving yards (409) while being tied for the team lead in receiving touchdowns (3).
