Josh Primo was released by the Spurs Friday, causing many to wonder why the former 1st-round NBA Draft selection was out of town.

Well, now it seems we know. According to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and Ramona Shelburne, Primo was released from allegations of exposing himself to multiple women.

Primo was the No. 12 overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft by the San Antonio Spurs. He averaged 5.9 points across 54 career games in San Antonio.

Primo scored 244 points in one season in Tuscaloosa, connecting from 3 at a 38% clip. He was drafted for his raw talent, but played just 1 season in college.
