Rece Davis was afraid that LSU could struggle if Alabama makes it a physical game on Saturday.

Alabama and LSU meet up on the gridiron in a game that Pat McAfee said could maybe decide the SEC West. Davis joined Friday’s edition of The Pat McAfee Show to talk about the clash of titans that’s taking place.

If the game is an offensive showcase, then LSU should do well. However, if Alabama makes things a “fist fight” as Davis said, the Crimson Tide could have an advantage.

“To me it’s almost a style-type game. If we start running up and down this field here, big advantage LSU. LSU is built to win a game like that. If it gets into a little bit of a fistfight then I think the advantage goes to Alabama,” said Davis. “A lot of it will be if they can keep Jayden Daniels from coverting third downs. When they have him almost off the field and he scrambles and moves the chains, that will spell trouble for Alabama.”

The LSU offense going up against the Alabama defense should be enough to keep people entertained.

The two SEC West titans will battle in the city of Tuscaloosa.
