The 6-foot-3, 190-pound receiver from Palmyra, N.J., led all receivers in the state with 1,111 receiving yards in 2015. Earlier in the day Thursday, reports buzzed that Harmon was going to flip to North Carolina State.

N.C. State and Rutgers may still be in the mix for his services. But it appears that Harmon does not feel confident about playing within Will Muschamp’s offense at South Carolina — at least not confident enough to remain committed.
