Georgia band no longer plans to play song from ‘Gone with the Wind’

Georgia’s band director has made the decision that the Redcoat Band will no longer be playing “Tara’s Theme” moving forward.
The song is one that has been played by Georgia’s band in year’s past and comes from the movie “Gone with the Wind.”
However, effective immediately, that song selection will be replaced by “Georgia on My Mind” during the band’s playlist.
