Reggie Bush projects how an 8-team Playoff would look in 2020

The College Football Playoff almost certainly won’t expand to 8 teams this year, but hey, we can dream, can’t we?
On FOX’s “Big Noon Kickoff” on Saturday, former USC RB and current FOX analyst Reggie Bush revealed how his theoretical 8-team Playoff bracket would look.
As you can see below, Bush has Alabama as the No. 1 seed and Florida in the No. 7 slot of his projected field:

It would be weird to have Notre Dame and Clemson play in the quarterfinals, especially since they’d likely have already played twice by the time that game rolled around (regular season and ACC Championship Game).
Still, this is only a hypothetical bracket, and we’re sure Urban Meyer loves that Ohio State-Florida matchup Bush projects.
