On Saturday morning, 28 people were wounded during a shooting at a nightclub in Little Rock, which police and other officials believe was gang-related.
Former Arkansas RB Darren McFadden, who still has deep ties to the Little Rock area, was among those on the scene in the aftermath of the tragic incident.
On Monday night, he tweeted that he was there to check on three of his relatives who were among those wounded:
Thanks everyone for checking in and praying for my family. Just to answer a few questions: pic.twitter.com/QTAF0mbVIR

All 28 people injured in the shooting were expected to survive, though two were in critical condition over the weekend.
Here’s hoping McFadden’s family and all the others affected by the tragedy make a full recovery.
