It looks like South Carolina will be down four players Saturday against North Carolina. Beat reporters at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte observed five Gamecocks players who were not wearing pads during team warmups.
Multiple outlets noted that redshirt sophomore WR OrTre Smith, redshirt senior ATH AJ Turner, redshirt senior DB J.T. Ibe and freshman OL Jaylen Nichols were not dressed out in pregame. Gamecock Central reports that redshirt junior WR Randrecous Davis was not dressed.
On his Thursday radio show, Muschamp said Davis and Ibe would likely be game-time decisions, but sounded optimistic they would play.
A.J. Turner and OrTre Smith are not in uniform. No official word on either at this point. We’ll check. #Gamecocks

Let’s add Jaylen Nichols and J.T. Ibe to this list as well. Ibe was questionable going in. The other three are new news.
