Ale Kaho requested his release from Washington. And now, it’s possible that the 5-star linebacker could be heading to the SEC.
According to Adam Jude of The Seattle Times, multiple people close to Kaho’s recruitment expect Alabama to “reenter the picture” and pursue the linebacker from Reno, Nev.
Kaho signed with Washington in December and enrolled in June. However, he requested his formal release from the program on Thursday, and Huskies coach Chris Petersen announced on Monday that it was granted to Kaho.
Multiple sources close to Kaho's recruitment have told The Seattle Times that they expect Alabama to reenter the picture for Kaho — if it hasn't already. https://t.co/kWBP2NZVTh

Now, Kaho will again be looking for a school to attend. Alabama had previously sent an offer to Kaho, who at one point was also committed to BYU.
Adding Kaho would certainly be a boost to the Crimson Tide, who already have a strong defense.
