Arkansas QB Cole Kelley was arrested for suspicion of DWI back in November in Fayetteville, following a loss at LSU earlier that day.

Now, his case has made its way through the court system and Kelley’s punishment has been decided.

According to WholeHogSports.com, Kelley pleaded guilty to DWI, but won’t serve any additional jail time as of now:

Arkansas quarterback Cole Kelley pleaded guilty to DWI in Fayetteville District Court on Wednesday and was sentenced by Judge William Storey to 90 days in jail, with 89 days suspended and credit given for one day served.

As part of the sentence, Kelley must also pay $720 plus court costs and complete an alcohol safety course.

Kelley was suspended for one game last year after the incident. Under new coach Chad Morris, he’ll be one of the favorites to win the starting job for the Hogs this fall.
