It looks like Oklahoma will have its leading rushing available for the Rose Bowl against Georgia.

Kegan Reneau with The Franchise reported Thursday afternoon that no charges will be filed against Sooners RB Rodney Anderson. An investigation into rape allegations was ordered after a Victim’s Protection Order was filed against Anderson on Dec. 4, but the DA has decided not to file charges in the case.

The news is significant for both teams in the Rose Bowl. Anderson is the leading rushing for the Sooners this year and is a threat in both the running and passing attack of Oklahoma. Having him available for the game would allow the Sooners to present a more balanced attack against Georgia’s lights-out defense.
