Former Georgia OL Andrew Thomas was considered by many to be one of the top offensive linemen in the 2020 NFL Draft class. The New York Giants certainly felt that way, as they made him the first lineman off the board, taking him with the No. 4 overall pick.
Now, the talented young rookie will be expected to contribute right away. According to his reported contract details, though, he’ll be well-compensated for his efforts.
Per NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Giants will pay Thomas a fully-guaranteed $32.345 million over the 4-year rookie deal, including a $21.1 million signing bonus:
The #Giants and No. 4 overall pick OT Andrew Thomas from Georgia are in agreement on a four-year, fully guaranteed $32.345M contract with a $21.1M signing bonus, source said. The fourth top 5 pick to get his deal done, he’ll take a physical today and then sign.

That leaves No. 1 overall pick Joe Burrow from LSU as the last top-5 pick without a contract. The Cincinnati Bengals will attempt to get him signed quickly.
Per the CBS Sports tracker, 6 first-round picks from this past class remain unsigned.
