It looks like Joe Haden will be out for a while with a broken leg.

The former Florida Gators DB and current Pittsburgh Steelers defender was knocked out of Sunday’s game against the Indianapolis Colts with what was initially reported as a leg injury. He did not return to action and it was reported after the game that the injury is a broken fibula.

Haden had 14 tackles, one sack, and an interception through his first eight games with the Steelers. He previously played seven seasons for the Cleveland Browns where he was a two-time Pro Bowl player. Haden has 20 career interceptions in the NFL.

Ed Bouchette shared the news on Twitter:

Haden played for the Gators from 2007-09. He finished his college career with 218 tackles and eight interceptions and was a member of the 2008 National Championship team.
