Though former Florida RB Mike Gillislee didn’t put up the biggest numbers for the Buffalo Bills last season, he’s still drawing interest from other NFL squads.

The ex-Gator carried the ball 101 times for 577 yards and eight touchdowns — respectable totals playing behind starter LeSean McCoy — and also led the NFL with an average of 5.7 yards per carry, which is a stat that is likely increasing other teams’ interest.

In fact, according to NFL.com reporter Ian Rapoport, Gillislee has received a restricted free agent offer sheet from the New England Patriots for two years and $6.4 million:

Since Gillislee is only a restricted free agent, the Bills will have a chance to match the Patriots’ offer, but if they don’t, the fifth-year running back will be on the move to the defending Super Bowl champions.

The former fifth-round pick, whose highlights can be seen below, could certainly do a lot worse than teaming up with Tom Brady and the Pats.
