Report: Former LSU OL La’El Collins out with torn ligament

Former LSU OL La’El Collins won’t be suiting up for the Dallas Cowboys any time soon, according to a report by ESPN’s Ed Werder.

NFL.com is reporting that Collins has torn a ligament in his foot and will be out 6-10 weeks. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport is reporting that the decision on surgery will be made after getting a second opinion.
Collins signed with Dallas as an undrafted free agent in 2015, a gamble that has worked out well for the Cowboys.
