Report: Former Mizzou star Albert Okwuegbunam suffers season-ending injury with Broncos

The Denver Broncos have struggled this season, but they have had an interesting connection in former Mizzou QB Drew Lock and TE Albert Okwuegbunam in recent weeks.
The 2 former Tigers have already connected for a touchdown, but it doesn’t seem they’ll be able to add to that total in 2020.
On Monday, Broncos reporter Mike Klis reported that Albert O had suffered a season-ending injury in the form of an ACL tear:

Okwuegbunam had 11 catches for 121 yards and a touchdown this year before his injury.
The Broncos have Noah Fant and others at tight end, but losing a guy like Albert O still hurts Lock and the offense. Hopefully he can recover fully for 2021.
