Former Tennessee WR Justin Hunter will have a new NFL home soon.

The Pittsburgh Steelers plan to sign Hunter, according to ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler.

While Hunter has bounced around the league for a bit, the Steelers are intrigued by his size and speed, according to Fowler.

The Steelers probably aren’t sure about Sammie Coates, who needs to pick up his game, and receiver Martavis Bryant was also suspended for all of last season.

Hunter was a second-round pick by the Tennessee Titans in 2013, and he was picked up by the Buffalo Bills in 2016, where he made 10 catches for 189 yards and four touchdowns.

Hunter has always been an intriguing athlete, and at Tennessee, he flashed his rare athletic combination of size and speed. He’s flashed it at times in the NFL, too, but it’s been few and far between. In five seasons, Hunter has caught 78 passes for 1,305 yards and 12 touchdowns.
