Last year, Florida State K Ricky Aguayo missed two of his three field-goal attempts against the Florida Gators.

That didn’t matter, as the Seminoles still cruised to an easy 31-13 victory over their rivals, but some fraternity members on FSU’s campus took issue with Aguayo’s poor performance after the game.

According to a Tallahassee.com report, Aguayo was allegedly jumped by several members of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity, which was recently shut down after the death of one of its pledges.

Aguayo’s police report, which was uncovered after a public records request made in the recent case, said the frat members were heckling Aguayo before they rushed him:

“He said they were giving him a hard time about missed field goals during the Florida game,” officers wrote in their report. “He said he was rushed by several of the members of the fraternity…and was punched in the face.”

No charges were filed in the case, but Aguayo was reportedly bloody and had ripped clothing after the incident.

This time around, Aguayo made his only field goal attempt and was 5-for-5 on extra points in the Seminoles’ easy 38-22 win over the Gators on Saturday.
