We’re only at Wednesday, but the LSU Tigers have already had three players enter their names in the NCAA transfer portal.

First, it was former 3-star LB/TE Dantrieze Scott. Then, it was former 4-star WR/DB Mannie Netherly.

On Wednesday, redshirt freshman TE Zach Sheffer became the latest Tiger in the transfer portal, per a report from Matt Zenitz of AL.com:

That makes five Tigers to enter the portal this offseason, so we’ll see if all of them leave Baton Rouge or if some decide to stay.

Sheffer was a 3-star tight end out of Florida. He redshirted in 2018, but apparently thought there wasn’t enough playing time to go around at LSU heading into 2019.
