Published:
Texas A&M sophomore defensive back Clifford Chattman is ineligible due to academics and will not be available this season for the Aggies, according to a tweet from A&M recruiting analyst Taylor Hamm.
Chattman did not play in the Aggies’ Week 1 loss at UCLA last Sunday.
Chattman, who was described as a “fall camp standout,” appeared in 12 games last season.
He totaled seven tackles and broke up a pass, in addition to recording a career-high four tackles vs. New Mexico State. Chattman was a 3-star recruit in the Aggies’ 2016 signing class.
