There was a scary moment Friday night in the Rice vs. Wake Forest game. Rice QB Wiley Green took a hard hit to the head on a running play and needed to be carted off the field afterward.

Green was trying to score a touchdown as a runner when he took a direct hit from a Wake Forest defender. Video of the hit and Green being carted off can be seen below. Reporters observed that Green was able to raise his arms, which is a positive sign any time there is a head-related injury. Green was down for more than five minutes.

College football fans everywhere are hoping to hear that Green is okay. As of right now, details of his injury have not been disclosed.
