A key piece of the Arkansas Razorback offense had his status updated for the Week 5 matchup against the Texas A&M Aggies.

Rocket Sanders, who has been out since Week 1, is expected to play in Week 5. The star running back suffered a knee injury in the opener against Western Carolina.

Only Ole Miss RB Quinshon Judkins had more rushing yards than Sanders in 2022 among SEC backs. The Razorback offense desperately needs a healthy Sanders, as the rushing attack has taken a major step back this season.

The Razorbacks finished the 2022 season with the No. 7 rushing offense in the country. Through 4 games in 2023, the Razorbacks have just the No. 77 rushing attack.

The 2-2 Razorbacks desperately need a win on Saturday to stay competitive in the SEC West. The Aggies are allowing over 100 yards per game on the ground, so the Razorbacks could get the rushing attack going this week.

The SEC West rivals will kick off from Arlington, Texas at Noon Eastern.
