In a month that has housed the departure of several key Arkansas offensive players with remaining eligibility, it was good that Bret Bielema could make an announcement about a guy that will be back in the fold on that side of the ball in 2016.
According to Whole Hog Sports, the Arkansas coach said Saturday that RB Kody Walker will be with the Razorbacks for the 2016 season:

It has been a long ride for Walker, who will play in his sixth season in hopes of adequately replacing the production of Alex Collins, who is leaving for the 2016 NFL Draft.
Rawleigh Williams could be considered one of his major competitors for playing time at the position, but it is uncertain how long his recovery from neck surgery stemming from a scary 2015 injury may take.
Walker missed the majority of the 2010 and 2011 seasons due to injury, and was granted a sixth year of eligibility to be used in 2016 if he so choose.
According to Whole Hog Sports, that was in doubt until recently due to Walker’s December graduation which was tempting the talented RB to consider his next move.
As it turns out, his next move is to stay right where he is in Fayetteville.
