The “Let’s Ride’ trend has reached its way to South Carolina.
The Gamecocks Football Twitter account tweeted a short video of quarterback Spencer Rattler repeating the Russell Wilson chant replacing “Broncos Country” with “Gamecock Country”.
This is your fault, @DangeRussWilson

Wilson, the Pro Bowl quarterback for the Denver Broncos, tweeted his approval of the video.
This pretty good Ratt! Not too much energy…but just right 👌🏾😎😂@SpencerRattler #LetsRide https://t.co/pRLqvtDyKg

Several other programs around the nation have jumped on the “Let’s Ride” train, including the Florida Gators.
Rattler transferred to South Carolina after spending 3 years at Oklahoma. He led Oklahoma to a Big 12 championship in 2020, throwing for 3,031 yards and 28 touchdowns. Rattler entered the 2021 season as a Heisman favorite, but struggled out the gate and eventually lost his job to Caleb Williams, who is now at USC.
If Rattler can return to the form that he showed as a sophomore, you can guarantee that Gamecock Nation will be riding with him.
