Alabama wide receiver Ryan Williams is a cover star for the latest installment of EA Sports’ College Football video game franchise.

Williams is on the cover alongside Ohio State superstar Jeremiah Smith. EA Sports revealed the cover art on Tuesday morning, also announcing an official release date of July 10. A “full reveal” for College Football 26 is coming on Thursday, the game manufacturer said.

Here’s a look at the official cover featuring Williams and Smith:

It’s a well-deserved honor for Williams, who became one of college football’s biggest stars last season as a 17-year-old true freshman. He led a good Alabama offense with 48 catches for 865 yards and 8 touchdowns plus 2 more rushing scores on the ground. Coming into 2025, Williams is one of the biggest names in all of college football regardless of class or position.

The same could be said for Smith, who was the best offensive player on a National Championship-winning Ohio State team as a true freshman in 2024-25.

More details regarding the release of College Football 26 are set to be announced later this week. For now, fans will have to settle for the cover reveal.

Last year’s College Football 25 cover included Texas quarterback Quinn Ewers, Colorado star Travis Hunter and Michigan running back Donovan Edwards.
