Sam Pittman and Arkansas host Auburn on Saturday, looking to bounce back from a disappointing Week 3 overtime loss to Oklahoma State.

The Tigers will look to make it a tough afternoon for redshirt freshman Hank Brown, in line for his second straight start. Brown was terrific against New Mexico, throwing for 235 yards and 4 touchdowns without an interception.

“We have to make the quarterback beat us,” Pittman told the Razorback Sports Network before the game. “If they’re going to beat us, the quarterback has to be the one to beat us. We cannot let them run the football, and let’s see what the freshman can do.”

The Razorbacks have just 5 quarterback sacks through three games, a stat that will need to change against the Tigers to keep Brown from getting too comfortable.

“We certainly can’t sit back and let him pick us apart, because then he becomes a confident quarterback,” Pittman said. “We have to make him move off his point. We have to do that either with blitzing, or we have to do it with our front four.”

The Razorbacks are looking to up their record to 3-1 with a victory over the Tigers. Arkansas-Auburn is on ESPN, with kickoff is set for 3:30 p.m. ET.
