Could the SEC really send 10 teams to the NCAA Tournament this season?
As unbelievable as that may have seemed at the beginning of the season, the latest bracketology charts from Jerry Palm of CBS Sports and Joe Lunardi of ESPN suggests that possibility can’t be entirely tossed out. While it’s an unlikely scenario, the SEC does have 10 teams listed spanning the two updated charts following the weekend’s basketball action.
With only two games remaining for each school leading into the SEC Tournament, a few league teams need wins more than some others. Here’s how Palm and Lunardi break it down heading into the final week of the regular season:
