For anyone who still wants to debate the SEC isn’t the best conference in college football, just take a look at the latest 2018 bowl projections from CBS Sports.

Granted, the 2018 season is only a week old, but after one week, the SEC is dominating the CBS Sports bowl projections. After just one game, it’s very common to overreact. Many of the results from Labor Day weekend could prove to be outliers. Some teams are going to improve faster than others, and injuries will occur that completely changes the landscape of the season.

As expected, Alabama is slotted to make the College Football Playoff for the fifth year, but CBS Sports also projects Georgia and Auburn to play in the Sugar and Peach Bowls. If that comes to fruition, Auburn will play its fourth game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in the last two years.

No other conference had three teams in the “New Year’s Six Bowls” in the CBS Sports bowl projections. The Big Ten, Pac-12 and Big 12 all had two teams in those bowls, and the ACC, who was the conference many tried to argue was as good as the SEC just a year ago, had only one – Clemson.

In total, the Week 1 CBS Sports bowl projections included 10 SEC teams. Below is a list of all the bowl-bound teams in the SEC and their opponents in the projections.

Alabama – Cotton Bowl vs. Oklahoma

Georgia – Sugar Bowl vs. West Virginia

Auburn – Peach Bowl vs. Penn State

South Carolina – Citrus Bowl vs. Michigan State

Florida – Outback Bowl vs. Purdue

Texas A&M – TaxSlayer Bowl vs. Michigan

Missouri – Liberty Bowl vs. Kansas State

Arkansas – Belk Bowl vs. Notre Dame

Mississippi State – Music City Bowl vs. Miami (FL.)

LSU – Texas Bowl vs. Oklahoma State
