SEC football: Week 2 schedule with TV channel, kickoff times

Week 2 is here, and thankfully, it gives fans 2 ranked vs. ranked games.

No. 13 Texas A&M travels to Tuscaloosa to take on No. 2 Alabama at 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS. This is a major measuring stick for Jimbo Fisher’s program after last week’s dud against Vanderbilt. Alabama, meanwhile, looks like the SEC’s most complete team and ready to compete for another championship.

No. 7 Auburn travels to Athens to take on No. 4 Georgia Saturday night on ESPN. Both teams look like contenders right now, but this will create a little separation. Auburn’s offense looks improved, led by quarterback Bo Nix, while Georgia may have the best defense in the nation. Georgia’s quarterback position is under the microscope for this one. Will it be Stetson Bennett or JT Daniels for Kirby Smart’s offense?

  • 20 LSU at Vanderbilt: 7:30 p.m. ET (SEC Network)
