SEC lands 2 standout forwards on Karl Malone Award Watch List

The SEC has produced several great players already this season, and a couple of them are power forwards.
On Thursday, the Karl Malone Award named its 10 Watch List candidates for the 2021-22 season, and the SEC placed 2 players on it.
As you can see below, Auburn’s Jabari Smith Jr. and LSU’s Tari Eason are among the players named to the watch list:

Arizona’s Azoulas Tubelis, Colorado State’s David Roddy, Duke’s Paolo Banchero, Gonzaga’s Chet Holmgren, Indiana’s Trayce Jackson-Davis, Iowa’s Keegan Murray, Ohio State’s EJ Liddell and USC’s Isaiah Mobley are the other 8 players who were named to the list.
Who will win the prestigious award? The list will be narrowed down as the season goes on.
