Barry Odom is entering his third season as the head coach of the Missouri football program. Today, Odom and the Missouri Tigers players will meet the media at SEC Media Days, held in Atlanta for the first time.

Odom is entering this season with a 11-4 record (6-10 in conference). He also has the luxury of having a quarterback on the roster in Drew Lock that is projected to be a first round pick in next year’s NFL Draft. The offense hasn’t been the problem, however.

Despite being a defensive coach, Odom’s defenses since taking over as head coach have been quite bad. If Missouri is to make some waves in the SEC East this season, the defense will have to improve.
