SEC missed tackle rates from Week 1: These teams missed the most

Tennessee had a challenging Week 1 matchup against West Virginia. So the following fact isn’t overly surprising.
The Vols missed more tackles in Week 1 than any other SEC team.
CFB Film Room tracked the missed tackle rates of all of the SEC schools during Week 1, and Tennessee missed 20.3 percent of its tackles against West Virginia. The next highest missed tackle rate belonged to Florida, which missed 18.9 percent of its tackles in its win over Charleston Southern.
The Vols were the only SEC team to lose their season opener, so it’s not a surprise that they missed the most tackles of any of the schools.
Here’s the full list of the missed tackle rates from Week 1, courtesy of CFB Film Room, ranked from lowest to highest (best to worst):
South Carolina — 5.2
Arkansas — 6.9
