With six matchups involving Southeastern Conference teams on the docket, here’s a list of the player to watch in each SEC game for Week 11:
12:00 p.m., No. 20 Georgia at Kentucky, ESPN
Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia
Georgia faces a Kentucky defense that has struggled at stopping the run. Chubb will continue to carry the load for the run-heavy Bulldogs as Todd Gurley continues to serve his suspension.
12:00 p.m., Presbyterian at No. 11 Ole Miss, SEC NETWORK
Bo Wallace, QB, Ole Miss
The Rebels look to bounce back after losing two consecutive games. Wallace should see a big performance against Presbyterian’s overmatched defense.
3:30 p.m., Texas A&M at No. 3 Auburn, CBS
Nick Marshall, QB, Auburn
Marshall has looked like the breakout player that led Auburn to an SEC title last season. The Aggies, however, have looked less impressive in recent weeks and should struggle to stop the dual-threat quarterback.
4:00 p.m., Tennessee-Martin at No. 1 Mississippi State, SEC NETWORK
Dak Prescott, QB, Mississippi State
Prescott should continue his Heisman campaign facing OVC opponent Tennessee-Martin. The Skyhawks lost 59-14 to Kentucky in their only SEC matchup.
7:30 p.m., Florida at Vanderbilt, SEC NETWORK
Ralph Webb, RB, Vanderbilt
Ralph Webb is 39 yards shy of breaking Vanderbilt’s freshman rushing record. As the team’s most consistent player, Webb should be able to exceed that total at home against Florida.
8:00 p.m., No. 5 Alabama at No. 16 LSU, CBS
Blake Sims, QB, Alabama
Alabama is the first team out of the College Football Playoff rankings. The Tide have looked impressive in recent weeks, but face a tough matchup at Death Valley against rival LSU. Sims needs to see a solid performance for Alabama to reclaim its position in the top-4.
