SEC was on full display for college football fans this week, as the Georgia and Alabama game delivered one of the best regular season games in some time. Stars such as Jalen Milroe, Ryan Williams and Carson Beck put on a show for the ages, but it wasn’t the only big time performance this weekend.

Kentucky went to Oxford and upset Ole Miss, while Texas A&M and Arkansas played an extremely competitive game.

Here’s a look at the Week 5 SEC Players of the Week:

It isn’t a surprise who the offensive player of the week was, as Milroe delivered one of the best games from a quarterback in Alabama history. He threw for 374 yards and 2 touchdowns, while also rushing for 117 yards and 2 touchdowns. It was only a year ago where he was benched for his play against USF, but now he is arguably the face of college football.

The defensive player of the week was linebacker Kip Lewis of the Oklahoma Sooners, who sealed the game with a 61-yard interception return for a touchdown. Lewis also had 5 tackles as the Sooners got the win despite their offense only accumulating 291 yards.

The freshman of the week also wasn’t a surprise to anybody who watched the Alabama and Georgia game, as Ryan Williams showed he is as good of player as there is in college football. The 17-year old had 6 catches for 177 yards and a touchdown in the game, including the game-winning 75-yard score.
