Paul Finebaum reports on the additional conference matchups that will soon be added to the 2020 SEC season
If you missed the big news out of the Southeastern Conference on Thursday, the league is officially moving to a 10-game conference slate.
The news broke live during the latest taping of “The Paul Finebaum Show” and the show’s host provided some insight into which new matchups that will be scheduled this fall in the SEC.
“I just confirmed with someone within the SEC,” Finebaum said regarding these matchups live on the air before breaking down the following new games that will soon be added to the 2020 SEC schedule.
Here is a complete list of all the new games on each SEC team’s respective 2020 schedule, according to Finebaum:
Alabama – Florida, Vanderbilt
Auburn – South Carolina, Missouri
Arkansas – Georgia, South Carolina
LSU – Kentucky, Tennessee
Ole Miss: Tennessee, Kentucky
Mississippi State: Vanderbilt, Georgia
Texas A&M: Missouri, Florida
Florida: Alabama, Texas A&M
Georgia: Arkansas, Mississippi State
Kentucky: LSU, Ole Miss
Missouri: Texas A&M, Auburn
South Carolina: Auburn, Arkansas
Tennessee: Ole Miss, LSU
Vanderbilt: Mississippi, Alabama
It is unclear at this time where each game will be scheduled to be played, but that’s the lineup according to Finebaum.
UPDATE: Finebaum now notes his comment regarding the 2020 schedule may have been “premature” as the situation remains fluid in the SEC.
