SEC Shorts takes top contenders to detention after rocky Week 10 performances

SEC Shorts is back with another fantastic episode as we come out of Week 10 of the season! It was a rocky weekend for the SEC after some key teams looked rather beatable, and SEC Shorts took those teams to detention for their outings.
The episode opens with Georgia, Tennessee and Texas A&M all in front of the teacher in charge of detention. The Aggies are first up and are grilled for being late.
A beaten and bruised A&M is shown hobbling down the steps, clearly frustrated at the metaphor after losing to an unranked South Carolina team.
The trio of SEC teams are also reminded that they’re the top contenders for the Playoff from the league. With them struggling, the prospect of watching Indiana and SMU battle it out in a quarterfinal matchup becomes more and more likely.
Quizzed as to what happened against Kentucky, the Vols downplayed a close loss to Kentucky. Tennessee and Georgia also banter back and forth between the amount of missed catches for the Vols and interceptions thrown by Carson Beck.
Alabama also drops by detention only to be reminded that this specific detention is for CFP contenders only. The Crimson Tide are instead redirected to “Citrus Bowl contenders” detention.
The teams are then left behind to walk home, only for the episode to conclude with a bowl-bound Vanderbilt driving by in all its Commodore glory. Check out the full scene below:
