NOTE: The 247Sports, ESPN 300 and Scout prospect rankings were all considered when forming this list.

1. Martez Ivey, Apopka, Fla.

  • Offers: Florida, Auburn, LSU, Alabama, Clemson
  • National Rank: No. 1 247Sports; No. 3 ESPN300; No. 1 Scout
  • The Skinny: Ivey is regarded as the No. 1 remaining uncommitted prospect by two major recruiting services, and he continues to consider a number of SEC schools as National Signing Day draws nearer. He was named the National Player of the Year at the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, and was also honored as the Anthony Munoz Offensive National Lineman of the Year. Ivey has taken official visits to LSU, Auburn and Florida, but has yet to set a commitment date.

2. Byron Cowart, Seffner, Fla.

  • Offers: Florida, Florida State, Auburn, Alabama, Maryland
  • National Rank: No. 3 247Sports; No. 2 ESPN300; No. 10 Scout
  • The Skinny: Cowart is considered a top 10 prospect by three different recruiting services, and was among the most impressive players at the Under Armour All-America practices and game earlier this month. He earned co-MVP honors at the end of the All-America game, and remains one of the best defensive players still on the market. He’s received offers from 12 SEC schools, but is widely assumed to be considering in-state contenders Florida and Florida State above all others.

3. Iman Marshall, Long Beach, Calif.

  • Offers: USC, LSU, Michigan, Florida State, Notre Dame
  • National Rank: No. 4 247Sports; No. 7 ESPN300; No. 11 Scout
  • The Skinny: Marshall, the No. 1 corner still available in the class of 2015, has skills few other defensive backs possess. He’s quick, instinctive and changes direction in the blink of an eye. He’s a native Californian, but is considering a handful of SEC schools among the many programs pursuing him.

4. CeCe Jefferson, Glen Saint Mary, Fla.

  • Offers: Ole Miss, LSU, Auburn, Alabama, Florida
  • National Rank: No. 5 247Sports; No. 9 ESPN300; No. 5 Scout
  • The Skinny: Jefferson is another Florida prospect heavily considering a number of SEC programs during his recruitment. The touted defensive end would be a welcomed addition to a conference known for its dominant pass rushers in recent years, and based on the speed and athleticism he possesses in his 6-foot-2, 275-pound frame he’d fit right in with a number of the league’s best defensive lines.

5. Terry Beckner Jr., East St. Louis, Ill.

  • Offers: Missouri, Ohio State, Auburn, Florida State, LSU
  • National Rank: No. 16 247Sports; No. 1 ESPN300; No. 34 Scout
  • The Skinny: Beckner is a fascinating prospect, as the most respected recruiting services in the business can’t seem to agree on an evaluation of him. ESPN regards Beckner as its No. 1 prospect, while 247Sports ranks him No. 16 and Scout ranks him all the way down at No. 34. He impressed at the Under Armour All-America practices earlier this month alongside fellow touted defensive linemen like Byron Cowart and Daylon Mack, and among the schools he’s considering is Missouri, which will have produced six NFL defensive ends in the last five years after Shane Ray and Markus Golden are taken in April’s draft.
