The countdown to Feb. 3 National Signing Day continues.
Here’s an updated look at each SEC West team’s biggest remaining target(s).
RELATED: SEC East team-by-team top targets
ALABAMA: A newer target, four-star quarterback Jawon Pass, will make an extended official visit to Alabama starting Thursday. Pass is committed to Louisville. The other top targets for the Crimson Tide remain five-star linebackers Lyndell “Mack” Wilson and Ben Davis. Wilson has Alabama tied with Georgia and Florida while Davis appears to be down to Alabama and Auburn. Nick Saban hasn’t given up on Rashan Gary and went to visit the five-star defensive lineman in New Jersey this week hoping to get an official visit on Jan. 29.
ARKANSAS: The Razorbacks are focusing on several top defensive backs to solidify that position. Four-star safety Brandon Jones will be visit this weekend along with fellow Texas prospect, four-star cornerback Eric Cuffee.

Five-star cornerback Kristian Fulton and three-star safety Calvin Bundage are two more top targets for Arkansas in the secondary.
AUBURN: The Tigers are in the market for some wide receivers and are looking pretty good for four-star prospect Nate Craig-Myers after his official visit this past week. Auburn is also trying to get an official visit from four-star wide receiver Tre Nixon, who visited Georgia last weekend. Auburn also wants more depth up front and have four-star offensive linemen E.J. Price and Willie Allen visiting the plains this weekend.
LSU: The No. 1 target is five-star defensive tackle Rashard Lawrence. The Tigers have had to deal with a significant challenge from Ohio State for the five-star prospect but the wait will be over Friday morning when Lawrence makes his final decision. A commitment from Lawrence should put LSU back at No. 1 in the overall class rankings. If the Tigers can add five-star cornerback Kristian Fulton to the class it would be an impressive close to an amazing class.
MISSISSIPPI STATE: The top targets for Mississippi State are mostly in-state and two of them, four-star defensive tackle Kobe Jones and four-star wide receiver A.J. Brown, are right down the street at Starkville High School. Speaking of wide receivers, three-star wide receiver Velus Jones has been committed to Southern Cal since the spring but will take an official to Starkville this weekend.
OLE MISS: For several weeks its been reported that Ole Miss is the closest competitor to Michigan for Rashan Gary, but close might not be enough in this case. If Gary is out of reach, then Ole Miss will have to settle for being heavily involved with five-star California linebacker prospect Mique Juarez and four-star safety Deontay Anderson. Ole Miss is continuing to target four-star wide receiver Marquez Callaway but it looks like Tennessee might have the edge there
TEXAS A&M: The Aggies got a recruiting victory this week already when four-star linebacker Jeffrey McCullouch decided to take his official visit to College Station instead of Alabama.

Four-star safety Brandon Jones and four-star cornerback Eric Cuffee are two more in-state prospects that the Aggies would love to add to the recruiting class. Four-star offensive lineman Jauan Williams took a visit to Texas A&M last weekend and the 6-foot-7 prospect said the Aggies have pulled even with other favorite Florida State.
