Senior Bowl director says Lane Kiffin landed best ‘program fit’ among 2020 grad transfers
Ole Miss tight end Kenny Yeboah arrived in Oxford last spring as a transfer from Temple who had limited impact in his career with the Owls.
Fast-forward a few months, and Yeboah now has an invite to the Senior Bowl in Mobile, and received high praise from the Senior Bowl’s director, Jim Nagy.
Nagy went as far as to say Yeboah is the best program to player fit among all grad transfers in 2020.
In his Temple career from 2016-2019, Yeboah appeared in 38 games, catching a total of 47 catches for 538 yards and six touchdowns.
For Ole Miss in 2020, Yeboah has 22 catches for 470 yards and six touchdowns, with four games still to be played.
Lane Kiffin’s lethal offensive mindset has turned Yeboah into an NFL prospect, and a trip to the Senior Bowl is a big step forward in that effort.
Hasn’t been a better player↔️program fit among grad transfers in 2020 than Kenny Yeboah and @OleMissFB. Lane Kiffin has done a great job using Yeboah’s NFL skill-set in the pass game. Welcome to Mobile, @Kenny_Yeboah84! https://t.co/X6UCRrENj2
