Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been on a tear to start the season and hit the game-winner for Oklahoma City against Washington Wednesday night.
He’s averaging 32 points, nearly 6 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game so for this year for the Thunder. In the win vs. the Wizards he totaled 42 points, 7 assists and 6 rebounds.
The game-winner was cold, too.

Gilgeous-Alexander spent 1 season at Kentucky, leading the Wildcats to the Sweet 16 in 2018. He shot 40% from 3 in college and an even 50% from 2.
He’s been a cheat code since arriving in Oklahoma City and is playing like the best shooting guard in the NBA right now.
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander joins Russell Westbrook (4x) and Kevin Durant (once in 2014) as the only players in Thunder franchise history with three straight games of 35 points and 5 assists. The most is four straight by Westbrook in Feb.-March 2015. pic.twitter.com/jcasLdSKE6
